PRE-TECH has been produced upon the special request of many of our good
customers, to aid in refurbishing surfaces that have been damaged by many different things. Pre-Tech is a very fine but sharp
abrasive cleaner and preconditioned. Pre-Tech is formulated to be followed up by an application of one of the Tech-Products
Polishes and Sealers. When using Pre-Tech to remove oxidation, do small areas at a time. The product is slow drying so it
goes a long ways. The more pressure you apply the more it cleans and de-oxidizes one must be careful not to go thru the clear
coat. When removing surface scratches put a small amount of Pre-Tech on a small area of the cloth and take a finger and rub
into the scratch lengthwise. Until you see the scratches disappear. When the scratch is no longer a scratch you will have
a slight dulling of the finish. Do not be alarmed the application of one of the Tech-Products Polish and Sealants will bring
the shine back with normal hand buffing of the area treated. If the surface is slightly scuffed and scratched put Pre-Tech
on a damp cloth and in a circular motion lightly buffing the surface and checking often to monitor the results. Try to stay
away from stripes and decals unless they are badly damaged, in some cases the stripes and decals will restore to original
condition. When using a power buffer, be very aware of the aggressiveness of the Pre-Conditioner so you don't cut through
the finish. Always follow up with one of the Tech-Products Polishes and Sealers to obtain best results.
